Bruna Simões — Executive Director
Bruna Simões is Co-Founder of Stubstudio, ER Coworking and Cyberskies. Bruna has more than 8 years of experience as a B2B negotiator. Over the years, it has assisted dozens of companies in internationalization processes for Portugal, with a focus on R&D. As CEO and BRM at Cyberskies, she is strategically responsible for the company and its insertion in the business environment. It connects the business objectives with the interests of the partners according to each stage, being responsible for capturing, evaluating and distributing resources, both monetary and intellectual, with a focus on the healthy growth of the company.
Diego Laucsen — Narrative Designer
Diego has a degree in Computer Engineering and worked in software development for the healthcare sector for twelve years. He has been working professionally as a writer since 2017, has already published two books (Porto das Pedras and Aurora Estelar) and several short stories published and awarded in collections, with themes in the area of medieval fantasy, urban horror and science fiction.
Edmar Junior — Concept Artist
Edmar has been in the industry working with art for over 20 years. A part of this time was dedicated to the area of games and cinema, where he worked in outsourcing in some well-known titles such as The Elderscrolls online - ZeniMax, DC Universe Online - Sony, Star Wars Galaxies, Overwatch - Blizzard, Truck Driver, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts and others. Always looking for new challenges, some of his skills range from concept art, illustration, 3D/UV modeling to Texturing.
Heitor Salazar — HR Manager
Heitor has spent 15 years developing distributed systems in real time. After founding and selling his first technology company, he is active in the development of preventive health therapies. Expert in innovation methodologies, corporate strategy and organizational culture, he applies these skills to manifest the intersection between AI and sensors and give more meaning to life. Eager for knowledge, he holds certifications in Philosophy of Science, Experiment Design, Model-Based Thinking, Machine Learning, and Psychology.
Nícolas Coelho — Managing Director
Nícolas Coelho is a entrepreneur who has helped more than 50 companies to establish themselves in Portugal through feasibility studies and product development. Among his own ventures, two main successful cases are StubStudio and ER. StubStudio is a company that was born in Brazil and internationalized to Portugal, consolidating itself in R&D activities and operating for over 8 years. ER is a franchise of coworking spaces, based in the heart of the city of Braga and operating for over 3 years. He is now committed to participating in the Web3 revolution by creating blockchain-based businesses that empower users and create value for society.
Raul Carvalho — Sound Designer
Graduated in Cinema and Audiovisual from UNA, editor and cameraman for 10 years in the audiovisual market in Belo Horizonte. Co-director of the short film “Dissabor (2017)”, a film selected at the 4th Edition of the Lumiar University Inter-American Film Festival, also screened at the University Cinema in the Rede Minas. Director of Photography and Audio for the short film “Reticências” (2016) and audio treatment for the film “Alma” (2018). Co-director of the short film “031”, winner in the (14th) Mosca Curta da Mostra Jovem. Music producer and Sound Designer for 8 years, having in his portfolio more than 40 authorial productions.
Roberto Moreno — Commercial Director
Roberto studied economics and administration at PUC/MG and a Lato sensu postgraduate degree in sustainable business development strategies at Escola Superior de Guerra. CEO of Minas Gems Brazil and Plural Business. He has structured several M&A deals in the areas of Mining, Food Industry and Educational Software in Brazil and Portugal. He also occupies the executive board of Ajomig with FIEMG.
